My baggage did not arrive. What do I have to do?
If you arrived at your destination and your baggage was not in the baggage claim area, follow these steps:
1. Contact a LAN staff member immediately before leaving the baggage claim area of the airport.
2. File a claim with your passport or another ID document, boarding pass and baggage tag.
3. Track your baggage online, entering your name and case number.
