Why do I need two different LATAM Pass passwords?

To prevent third parties from misusing your information, you will have two LATAM Pass passwords when you register, with a different one for each customer service area: one to access your account and another for telephone customer service from the Contact Center. You will be able to tell them apart because your telephone customer service password is made up of 4 numbers and your account password is made up of 6 characters, consisting of both numbers and letters.
