Check your spam or unwanted emails folder. If you still do not receive the email with the instructions contact our Contact Center again so we can take note of your problem.

Remember that you have the option of requesting your password via text message from your cell phone if it is registered in your LATAM Pass account (applicable to Argentina, Colombia, Ecuador and Chile).
