May I cancel my purchase?
If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you can request a ticket refund as long as the fare allows it. Please note that additional fees sometimes apply to this transaction. Check the details as well as the terms and conditions of your fare on your Sales Receipt that we sent to your e-mail when you made your purchase. Otherwise, click My Trips on the home page and then enter your reservation code and last name or your LATAM Pass username and password and then click Obtain Sales Receipt.
If you happen to make a mistake during the process to purchase the ticket and require assistance, please call our Contact Center to verify whether your case is an exception.
