How much time do I have to refund my fare?

If the fare you purchased allows it, you can request a ticket refund as long as it is valid. It lasts one year from the date of issue. However, if you have already flown one leg of the trip, the ticket will expire on the date set as the maximum stay.

 

You can see these conditions on the Sales Receipt that we emailed you when you purchased your ticket. Depending on the type of fare, please note this transaction may have fees. You can also access this receipt in My Trips. Please enter your reservation code and last name here or your LATAM Pass username and password and click on Obtain Sales Receipt. You can also enter Ticket Details.
