How long do I have to change my ticket?

If your ticket fare permits, you have one year (from the purchase date) to change it, provided you haven’t flown any leg. Otherwise, your ticket will expire on the date set forth as “maximum stay,” which you can review on the Sales Receipt.

To review the conditions of your ticket, visit the section My trips with your reservation code and last name or your user number and LATAM Pass password instead.
