Can I get a refund on a redeemed ticket through the website?
No. If you want to ask for a refund of a fare redeemed with LATAM Pass Miles or Multiplus Points, you will have to call our Contact Center. The refund form available on our website is only able to process fares purchased with money and that allow refunds.
Check the fee that may apply to the refund request and confirm with your executive how many miles or points will be refunded. Also, keep in mind that refunds can only be performed on tickets that have not been used.
In the case of fares redeemed with Multiplus Points, the fare must be within the valid refund period. Reimbursements will be processed within 7 days of the request and points will be returned to the Account Statement within 30 days.
