Can I change the date/route of a fare redeemed with miles or points after flying one of the legs of the reservation?
You can change the route of your fare redeemed with LATAM Pass Miles or Multiplus Points as long as the conditions of the reward allow for this, the fare is valid and that the change is requested before the original flight date and time.
In the event of a route change, the new destination must be within the same zone of the redeemed reward and if there is a difference in kilometers these will be discounted from the account of the member who submitted the original redemption.
Depending on the notice you give us regarding the change, this will have different charges. You can check our Table of Fees (except members from Brazil and Paraguay).
For members redeeming with Multiplus Points, the change must be requested by the owner of the account that acquired the fare.
