What happens if part of my baggage is missing or damaged when it arrives at my destination?

If you’re still at the airport, contact LATAM personnel at the baggage pickup area and file a claim with your passport or ID document, boarding pass and checked baggage tag.

If you’re no longer at the airport, send us a message via WhatsApp® within 7 days after your trip. For domestic flights within Argentina, you must contact us within 3 days of arrival.
