If you’re still at the airport, contact LATAM personnel at the baggage pickup area and file a claim with your passport or ID document, boarding pass and checked baggage tag.
If you’re no longer at the airport, send us a message via WhatsApp® within 6 days after your trip. For domestic flights within Argentina, you must contact us within 3 days of arrival.
After you formalize the claim we will start the compensation process. Remember to be attentive and respond to the compensation proposal that we will offer you, since it will be valid for 1 year. If you do not respond within this time, the case will be considered closed.
