How long do I have to return my ticket?
If your ticket fare permits, you have one year (from the purchase date) to request the return, provided you haven’t flown any leg. Otherwise, your ticket will expire on the date set forth as “maximum stay,” which you can review on the Sales Receipt.
If the fare you purchased does not permit it, you have the option to request the return of the boarding fees.
To review the conditions of your ticket, visit the section My trips with your reservation code and last name or your user number and LATAM Pass password instead.
Remember that this operation may have additional fees depending on your ticket’s fare.
