You can only request it if you purchased in Brazil or Colombia and within the first 24 hours according to the laws of each country.
If you purchased in Brazil, you can request it via the payment cancellation form. For Colombia, you must get in touch with our Contact Center.
In the case of other countries, you must request a ticket refund, subject to the conditions of the fare you purchased. You can review these conditions on your purchase receipt.
For purchases made via a travel agent or other websites, you must contact them directly.
