Can I cancel the purchase of my ticket and request a refund?
You can’t cancel the purchase but you can request the refund of your ticket, subject to the conditions of the fare you purchased. You can find these conditions on the sales receipt that we sent to your E-mail at the time of your purchase. If you would like to view your purchase receipt, click here.

Remember that you can always request a refund for the boarding fees for tickets that have not been used.
