Can I change my ticket on the website?
Currently, you can only make changes if your ticket allows it and complies with the following conditions.
- You purchased it in Argentina, Brazil*, Chile, Colombia, Ecuador or Peru*, on any of our sales channels.
- You haven’t made the trip yet or you’ve only flown some legs.
- A maximum of 7 adult passengers are on the reservation.
- The flight, direct or with connections, is operated by LATAM.
- The ticket was not redeemed with LANPASS Miles nor belongs to any special fare.
*For purchases made in Brazil through our website only tickets purchased from February 3, 2018 onwards and with a travel date from May 11, 2018 onwards can be changed.
We recommend making any kind of change at least 2 hours before the departure of the flight.
For the rest of the countries, you have to request the change through the Contact Center.
