To find out if the change you wish to make will incur an additional charge, check the fare conditions on your purchase receipt. Download your purchase receipt here.
Remember that, for now, ticket changes are only available online in Chile, Colombia, Peru, Ecuador, Argentina and Brazil.
If you bought the ticket at a travel agency and you still haven’t used it, you will need to contact them to make changes.
