What happens if I earned LATAM Pass Points, but they do not show up in my account?

If you entered your member number when you made your reservation or when Checking-in for LATAM flights, it will take 7 days for the points to appear in your Account Statement.

If you traveled with an associated airline, it will take 30 days. If your points still haven’t appeared in your Account Statement after the allotted time period has passed, request them from the section Add Your Pending Points.

If your points still haven’t appeared in your Account statement after the allotted time period has passed, request them at the section Add up your uncollected points.
