Can I change or return a ticket redeemed with LATAM Pass Points?
Tickets redeemed with LATAM Pass Points can be changed or returned when permitted by the conditions of the reward. This may have a charge, which will vary depending on the reward.
You can fi nd this information on the Sales Receipt that we send to your email address at the time of redemption. You can also review this information by logging on to home My trips, where you will enter your reservation code and last name, or your user name and LATAM Pass password, and then click on See rules or Details of your Ticket.
The points will be credited back to the LATAM Pass account statement of the member that made the redemption, provided the following conditions are fulfi lled:
- That the ticket has not been used and is valid.
- That the request is made up to the same date as the trip.
- That the redeemed points have not expired.
