If after 15 minutes of having requested the recovery of your password you have not received instructions, check your spam or unwanted e-mail folder before trying again.
You can configure your spam filter to authorize the receipt of e-mails from the @latam.com domain.
Remember that instructions will be sent to the e-mail address you used when registering for LATAM Pass or LATAM Fidelidade. If you changed your e-mail address or cannot access the account used for registration, you can update it with this form, then wait for the validation of your information and request a password recovery.
