Why do I need two different LATAM Pass passwords?

We want to protect your account and ensure your information is not misused. When registering, you will have two LATAM Pass passwords: one to access the website and another for Contact Center phone service. You can identify which is which because your phone service password is composed of 4 numbers and the one for your profile is 6 characters, including both numbers and letters.

With your access password you will be able to, among other things, redeem your miles or points for fares.

With the service password you can authenticate the redemption of miles or points for fares via other channels: Contact Center and Sales offices.

Remember that neither Multiplus nor LATAM will request your passwords by e-mail or phone. If you receive any suspicious communications, contact LATAM or Multiplus.
