Why do I need two different passwords?

We want to protect your account and ensure your information is not misused. That is why you will receive two passwords when you sign up: one to log into the website that contains 6 characters (numbers and letters) and another for telephone service with the Contact Center, made up of 4 numbers.

With your access password you can review your account statement, category, redeem tickets, products and services, etc. With the service password you can authenticate redeeming miles or points for tickets on other channels.

Remember that neither Multiplus nor LATAM will request your passwords by e-mail or phone. Let us know if you receive any suspicious communications.
