Why can I not Check-in for my flight?

 

There are various reasons why you may not be able to Check-in:

- Check-in isn’t available for your flight yet. Remember that you can Check-in between 48 hours and 75 minutes before your flight departure time.

- Your flight departure time was modified or your flight was cancelled. In this case, we recommend you review the new suggested option. You can then Check-in without problems.

- Your trip includes a flight operated by another airline. We recommend you Check-in on the corresponding airline’s website.

- Your reservation has pending charges.
