Can I withdraw a purchase?

You can only withdraw it in Brazil or Colombia and within the first 24 hours according to the laws of each country.

Passengers that purchased in Brazil can request it in the payment cancellation form. For Colombia, you must contact our Contact Center.

For other countries, you can request a ticket refund if the fare conditions allow for it. You can review these conditions in your purchase receipt.

In some cases, withdrawing your purchase could have additional costs.
