Can I change my ticket with LATAM if I purchased it at a travel agency?
As long as you purchase your ticket at a travel agency or other external channel, the changes or returns you wish to make have to be done directly with them. Nevertheless, and in exceptional circumstances, we may help you under the following conditions:
- If you’ve already commenced your trip and are at the destination.
- If your flight is within the next 48 hours.
- If the fare that you purchased is not a special fare.
- If the itinerary of your trip only includes flights operated by LATAM or your reservation includes flights from other companies that are available in our systems.
- If the purchase does not include a program with land services.
