What should I do if a flight in my LATAM Travel package has been rescheduled?

If, due to our responsibility, your flight is delayed by 31 minutes or more, or is 16 minutes or more ahead, you can choose one of the following options:

  • Change the date at no extra cost: you can move the flight forward by up to 7 days or postpone it by 15 days from the original date.
  • Request a refund for the value of your fare.

 To implement any of these options, you can call us at our Contact Center or visit one of our LATAM Travel Offices directly.

Please note that if we are not responsible for the change of itinerary, the modification or cancelation of your program will be subject to the Operator’s Policy for such service (hotel, tour operator, etc.).

LATAM Travel services are only available in Argentina, Chile, Colombia and Peru.
