What happens to my points if I register after traveling?
If you register after traveling, you will only be able to accredit your points if you traveled on a a fl ight operated by LATAM and no more than 60 days before your registration date. If you travel on an airline other than LATAM, you have to sign up before fl ying, otherwise you will not be able to accredit your LATAM Pass Points. You have to request the accreditation of your points at our website. If you already completed this process and your points do not appear in your account statement, you can call our Contact Center, with associated costs, to request your points.
