Can I change the date or route of a ticket redeemed with LATAM Pass Miles or Multiplus Points after flying one of the legs of the reservation?
You can change the date or route of your ticket redeemed with LATAM Pass Miles or Multiplus Points as long as the conditions allow for this, the ticket is valid and that the change is requested before the original flight date and time.
In the event of a route change, the new destination must be within the same zone as the redeemed ticket and if there is a difference in LATAM Pass Miles or Multiplus Points these will be discounted from the account of the member who submitted the original redemption.
Remember that a service charge will be applied when making changes to your redeemed ticket, depending if it is a domestic or international route.
For members redeeming with Multiplus Points, the change must be requested by the owner of the account that acquired the ticket.
