Can I get a refund for a redeemed ticket via the site?
No, to return a ticket redeemed with LATAM Pass Miles or Multiplus Points, send us a request through our Contact Form.
The ticket refund form on LATAM.com only allows for refunds of tickets purchased with cash and whose fare allows for it.
An executive will tell you the fee associated with your request and will inform you about the amount of miles or points that will be added to your account. For tickets redeemed with Multiplus Points, the process may take up to 7 days for reimbursement and will be available in your account within a maximum of 30 days since the request.
