What should I do if I have earned miles but they don’t appear in my account?
LATAM Pass Miles are added to your account up to 7 days after having flown or after having made a transaction with one of our alliances (company, bank, etc.). If your miles were not added to your account, request them at Add Your Pending Miles, with your member number, e-mail address and ticket number. If you earned your miles with one of our alliances, you must request them directly from the associated company.
Remember to always enter your LATAM Pass user ID when purchasing your tickets on LATAM.com.
