What happens to my miles if I register after traveling?
If you register after traveling, you will only be able to accredit your miles if you traveled on a a fl ight operated by LATAM and no more than 60 days before your registration date. If you travel on an airline other than LATAM, you have to sign up before fl ying, otherwise you will not be able to accredit your LATAM Pass Miles. You have to request the accreditation of your miles at our website. If you already completed this process and your miles do not appear in your account statement, you can call our Contact Center, with associated costs, to request your miles.
