What is an Upgrade?

It’s a benefit you can request to travel in the Premium Economy or the Premium Business cabins on LATAM flights, as long as there are seats available. You must also have an Access, Control or Flex fare and have checked-in within 48 hours before the flight.

How do you request an Upgrade?

-With the coupons from your Elite LATAM Pass or LATAM Fidelidade category.

-With the coupons your bank gives you, as applicable.

-With LATAM Pass Miles for Platinum, Black and Black Signature members that reside in Argentina, Peru, Ecuador, Colombia, Chile, Uruguay, Australia or New Zealand.

-Through the Upgrade Option for passengers with an invitation and that make a monetary offer.

-If you meet the requirements, don’t forget to make your request. Your priority on the list depends on your Elite member category and when you checked-in.
