What is a Cabin Upgrade and how can I request one?
Cabin Upgrades are available to our LATAM Pass members when fulfilling request requirements. It’s a benefit you can request to travel in the Premium Economy or the Premium Business cabins on LATAM flights, as long as there are seats available.
You can request a Cabin Upgrade with your Elite member coupons, after Checking-in or through the Upgrade Option. You must make sure that you have enough coupons for the route you’re flying and have redeemed your ticket with the Access, Control or Flex fare.
Platinum, Black and Black Signature members in Argentina, Peru, Ecuador, Colombia, Chile, Uruguay, Australia and New Zealand can also request with their LATAM Pass Miles. Please remember that once the Upgrade is confirmed, changes or refunds cannot be made.
