How can I request an Upgrade to Premium Economy or Premium Business?
You can make your request using your Elite member coupons, whether you paid for your fare with cash or redeemed LATAM Pass Miles or Multiplus Points.
Make sure you have enough coupons for the route you are going to fly and that you have purchased an Access, Control or Flex fare.
Another way to make your request is via the Upgrade Option, a service that is only available by invitation. If you get invited, you can make an offer and we will let you know if you are one of the fortunate ones between 8 and 12 hours before your flight.
Platinum, Black and Black Signature members from Argentina, Peru, Ecuador, Colombia, Chile, Uruguay, Australia and New Zealand may also make their request using their LATAM Pass Miles.
Remember that you cannot make changes or get refunds once the Upgrade is confirmed.
