How do I update my registration data?
You can change your data through our digital channels by accessing My account, clicking on the My Data menu and accessing the My Registration menu. If you would like to change your e-mail address, phone number and address, click on the Contact Data tab, fill in the fields that need to be changed and click on Save.
If you can´t remember your password, click here and enter your LATAM Pass number and registered e-mail address under I´ve forgotten my password. If you no longer have access to your registered e-mail, click here, fill in the form and attach a scanned copy or photo of a valid document (both sides/open) and proof of address dated within the last 6 months to enable us to proceed with the change.
